About My Work
I provide a professional, high quality family history research service to help you discover your ancestors and build your family tree.
I am a Ph.D candidate with University of Northampton researching Women's Philanthropy in the Boot and Shoe Industry in the Nineteenth and early Twentieth Century. I have a Masters Degree in History with the Open University and have a keen interest in poverty, families and transport and leisure history. My dissertation research was based around Bus Services in Northamptonshire during the period 1920 to 1950.

Services I Offer
As an experienced Family Tree researcher I can research ancestors from any county within England, Scotland and Wales, providing all available personal details for your family tree. This can include census returns (up to 1911) as well as birth, marriage and death information.
I can supply certificates for births, marriages and death records as well as, where available, wills and probate information.
I can search for military service records for World War One from the surviving records. This includes medal records and memorial records for those who were lost in the conflicts.
If you need guidance on how to start your tree I can provide guidance to get you started.
I can provide newspaper articles of your ancestors to give you a picture of what they were like, whether they were notable members of the community or whether they were involved in any misdemeanours.
I can also provide information from the 1939 National Register, an invaluable resource which was used later to start the NHS.
For those who have ancestors and connections in Northamptonshire I can carry out research for you at Northamptonshire Records Office.
All research can be produced in either digital or physical format.
